Privacy Policy

Effective July 1, 2026

SGWX, LLC, doing business as Sageworx (“SGWX,” “Sageworx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through sageworx.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form or otherwise reach out, we collect the details you provide -- typically your name, email address, company, and whatever you include in your message. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address through our email platform, Beehiiv.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and time spent on the site. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

We use it to respond to your inquiries, provide and improve the site, understand how visitors use our content, protect against fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. If you opt in, we may use your email to send updates about Sageworx -- you can unsubscribe anytime.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand site traffic and usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out tools. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the site function.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site and business -- such as hosting (Vercel), content management (Sanity), analytics (Google), and our email platform (Beehiiv) -- and only as needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites. We aren’t responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing emails. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) and individuals in the EEA and UK (GDPR) have specific rights, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. To exercise any of these, email us at marc@sageworx.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

International visitors

Sageworx is based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

Children’s privacy

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the revised version here with a new effective date.
